Coaching Packages

We have 3 coaching programs to choose from.

All the programs include 2 one on one sessions per month for you and your Coach to discover what you need to achieve your health goals.

During these sessions, your Coach will give you actions to start taking as well as check in on progress.

We will also make you a custom recipe book based on a questionnaire about your food likes and dislikes.

Together you will make adjustments to find what works for you.

We believe that it takes time to make real lasting habit changes and that is why our shortest program is 3 months.

In that time we will see how our changes hold up during times of stress, celebrating, holidays and whatever else life has in store.

At Crave Health we are looking for sustainable changes, not quick fixes.

1 Hour Grocery Store or Farmer’s Market Tour

Your Coach will take you to you choice of groceries store or farmer’s market and teach you how to make the best choices when buying groceries. These outings will be geared towards each client’s needs so you may learn how to read labels, how to pick produce, what cuts of meat are good for easy family meals and more. As with everything at Crave Health we create the experience around the client.

1 Hour Pantry Clean Out

Your Coach will come to your home and help you clean out your pantry. Together you will work through the foods that are not serving your nutritional needs and those that may actually be harming you. Your Coach will teach you how to read labels so you can make good choices when refilling your pantry. They will also be able to give you substitutions for the things you will be getting rid of. This is a thoughtful process, not a forceful one.

Who Needs A Health Coach?

In 2022...who doesn't? We have a pandemic, an obesity epidemic, stress levels higher than they have ever been and an unusual amount of very conflicting information about how to get healthy. 

If you are struggling with weight loss, have low energy or brain fog digestive discomfort or if you just want to work on maximizing your immune system, having a Health Coach is ideal.

If you have recently been to the doctor and been told you need to follow a specific diet and feel overwhelmed trying to figure it all out, a Health Coach is able to partner with your doctor and help you stay on track in a very manageable way. What is a Health Coach?

While you may have heard people talking about health coaches, you may still be a little confused about what we actually do. Wikipedia says: health coaching is the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, clinical interventions and strategies to actively and safely engage client/patients in health behavior change. So, let's break that down a little more.

Your Health Coach is knowledgeable in nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle management tools that will help you reach your health goals. During your one on one sessions, your coach will ask questions about your habits motivations. They are trained to listen to your answers and help you find viable solutions that are manageable for you at that time in your life. Together you will work through your biggest roadblocks and move in the direction of your goals. At their core, health coaches are knowledgeable guides, leading you to accomplish your health and wellness goals one step at a time.
