Coaching Packages
We have 3 coaching programs to choose from.
All the programs include 2 one on one sessions per month for you and your Coach to discover what you need to achieve your health goals.
During these sessions, your Coach will give you actions to start taking as well as check in on progress.
We will also make you a custom recipe book based on a questionnaire about your food likes and dislikes.
Together you will make adjustments to find what works for you.
We believe that it takes time to make real lasting habit changes and that is why our shortest program is 3 months.
In that time we will see how our changes hold up during times of stress, celebrating, holidays and whatever else life has in store.
At Crave Health we are looking for sustainable changes, not quick fixes.
We Offer These Add-On Services:
1 Hour Grocery Store or Farmer’s Market Tour
Your Coach will take you to you choice of groceries store or farmer’s market and teach you how to make the best choices when buying groceries. These outings will be geared towards each client’s needs so you may learn how to read labels, how to pick produce, what cuts of meat are good for easy family meals and more. As with everything at Crave Health we create the experience around the client.
1 Hour Pantry Clean Out
Your Coach will come to your home and help you clean out your pantry. Together you will work through the foods that are not serving your nutritional needs and those that may actually be harming you. Your Coach will teach you how to read labels so you can make good choices when refilling your pantry. They will also be able to give you substitutions for the things you will be getting rid of. This is a thoughtful process, not a forceful one.
